Raidho
Raidho is the fifth rune, sound “r.” Literally “riding,” “road.”
Upright Position
Journey and movement: a trip, a change of place, a situation developing. Raidho says the matter isn’t standing still but moving along, and advises holding your course. The second meaning is the right order of actions: the rune is tied to the idea of “setting out on time and by the right road.”
Reversed Position
A delay on the road, a canceled trip, moving in the wrong direction. A reversed Raidho also means discord between people who need to move together — they are pulling in different directions.
In love and at work
In relationships, the upright rune means growing closer through movement, a trip together, progress; reversed, distance and drifting apart. At work — a business trip, relocation, a project’s progress, logistics.
The rune’s advice
Check your route and take the steps in order, without skipping ahead. Move on time and along the road you chose, not the one that looks shorter.
