Temperance
The fourteenth arcanum is Temperance. A card of measure and blending: bringing opposites together in the right proportion.
Upright Position
Harmony, patience, restoring strength and balance. The situation improves gradually, without sudden moves. The card is good for reconciliation and for anything that takes time.
Reversed Position
Imbalance, impatience, extremes. Another reading is stagnation from excessive caution: a person so afraid of extremes that they do nothing at all. Sometimes an incompatibility that someone is trying to patch together.
In love and at work
In love: a calm period, recovery after a conflict. At work: gradual growth, teamwork, settling in together. Money is stable, without swings.
The card's advice
Look for the middle ground and do not rush. What is being blended here will not set right away.
