Seven of Wands
Seven of Wands — a man on high ground fends off six others: holding your own against pressure.
Upright Position
Defending a position, standing up for your beliefs, an advantage thanks to where you stand. The forces are unequal, but the high ground is on your side.
Reversed Position
Giving ground, weariness from the fight, a feeling that everyone is against you. Sometimes — refusing to defend yourself where you should.
In love and at work
In love — defending the relationship against others' opinions. In career — defending a project, competition, deadline pressure.
Suit
Wands are the suit of Fire: undertakings, plans, movement, work on your own projects. The Seven is a number card: it describes a situation, not a person.
The card's advice
Hold your position: the high ground is on your side. Don't respond to every attack — defend what matters most.
