Ten of Wands

Ten of Wands — a man hauls an armful of staffs that keeps him from seeing the road.

Upright Position

Overload, responsibility taken on, working yourself to exhaustion. Things are moving, but the price is high.

Reversed Position

The burden is dropped or, conversely, has become unbearable. Sometimes — delegating that was long overdue.

In love and at work

In love — a relationship carried by one partner. In career — overtime, far too many responsibilities.

Suit

Wands are the suit of Fire: undertakings, plans, movement, work on your own projects. The Ten completes the suit's run of numbers: its theme has reached fullness — a culmination or a limit. It is a number card, and it describes a situation.

The card's advice

Look at which parts of this load don't have to be yours. Some of it can be handed off or put aside.
