Five of Wands
Five of Wands — a scuffle: five people swing staffs, and it isn't always clear who is fighting whom.
Upright Position
Competition, disputes, a struggle for position. The conflict here isn't deadly — it is more of a contest you can grow from.
Reversed Position
The conflict dies down or, conversely, goes underground and turns into behind-the-scenes maneuvering. Sometimes — avoiding an argument that needs to happen.
In love and at work
In love — petty quarrels, competing for attention. In career — competition, a tender, a dispute within the team.
Suit
Wands are the suit of Fire: undertakings, plans, movement, work on your own projects. The Five is a number card: it describes a situation, not a person.
The card's advice
Argue on the merits and don't take the rivalry personally. You can grow in this jostling.
