The Lovers
The sixth arcanum is The Lovers. A card of choice and union: not only about love, but about any decision made with the heart.
Upright Position
Attraction, mutual feeling, harmony, and at the same time the need to choose. The classic reading of the older decks: a person stands at a crossroads, and the choice will determine a great deal. In questions about feelings it is one of the best cards; in questions about decisions it is a warning that you will have to decide for yourself.
Reversed Position
Doubts, wavering, being unable to make up your mind. In relationships: discord, cooling off, a love triangle. Sometimes it points to a choice made out of convenience and therefore wrong.
In love and at work
In love: mutual feelings and a serious relationship, but with the need to make up your mind. At work: a partnership, a team project, a choice between two offers. Neutral for money: everything depends on the choice you make.
The card's advice
Choose by what matters to you, not by what is more convenient. There is no dodging the choice here.
