Snake
The Snake is the sixth sign of the cycle. Years: 1953, 1965, 1977, 1989, 2001, 2013, 2025, 2037.
Personality
The Snake is the sign of intellect and inner focus. It observes, draws conclusions and acts rarely but precisely. In Chinese tradition the Snake is called the “little dragon” and is associated with wisdom, not with treachery as in the European tradition.
The Snake knows how to wait and doesn't reveal its intentions. It reads people well, often before they themselves know what they want.
Weak spot: secrecy. The Snake draws conclusions on its own and doesn't check them by asking; hence jealousy, resentment and decisions the partner learns about after the fact.
The Gemini man and woman
The Snake man is reserved and observant, with good taste; he gives the impression of someone who knows more than he says, and he usually does.
The Snake woman is magnetic and private; she lets people in slowly and never forgives betrayal.
Both need personal space and don't handle clinginess well.
Career and money
Good fits are jobs that call for depth and patience: research, psychology, finance, law, the arts, strategic planning.
The Snake knows not only how to earn money but how to keep it. It is selective about spending: less, but better quality.
Compatibility
Best partners: the Ox and the Rooster, from the same trine.
The most difficult match is the Pig: the Snake can't make sense of its openness and trusting nature. All pairs.
