Four of Pentacles
Four of Pentacles — a man clutches his coins: saving that turns into clinging.
Upright Position
Savings, control over resources, stability. There is prosperity, but the person is afraid of losing it.
Reversed Position
Stinginess or, conversely, letting go of control and spending. Sometimes — losing what was saved.
In love and at work
In love — jealousy, a desire to hold on to a partner. In career — cost-cutting, reluctance to invest in growth.
Suit
Pentacles are the suit of Earth: money, the body, everyday life, the material. The Four is a number card: it describes a situation, not a person.
The card's advice
Protect what you have built up, but don’t hold on to it with a death grip. Stability should not become a cage.
