11
Hexagram 11, Tai — “Peace,” “Flourishing.” One of the most favorable: yang and yin move toward each other rather than past each other.

Below is the trigram Qian (heaven), above is Kun (earth). Earth over heaven: heaven below rises, earth above descends — the forces move toward each other.
General meaning
The answer is unconditionally positive. Tai describes a state in which circumstances and your intentions coincide: things move forward, people reach agreement, obstacles clear away by themselves. The classical commentary adds a warning: flourishing doesn't last forever, and it's wise to prepare for the downturn now, without spending everything down to zero.
In love and at work
In relationships — mutual feelings and agreement, a good time for an important conversation or a step forward. At work — a favorable period for a launch, a deal, hiring. For a question about risk: right now even things that wouldn't work at another time will go through.
What to do
Make the most of the moment and, at the same time, set aside part of the winnings. The good thing about Tai is that it gives you a reserve — it would be foolish not to build one.
