Hand in Wax Reading
Help or a quarrel. This is an ambiguous sign: its meaning is decided by its place and the neighboring shapes.
Core Meaning
A hand means help offered and friendship. A clenched fist means a quarrel; a pointing finger is a hint about where to go. The sign says a lot will be decided through one particular person.
In Love and Business
In love. A proposal, support, a helping hand.
In business and money. Help, a deal sealed with a handshake.
What It Looks Like in Wax
- Large shape: the theme will become important in the near future; whether for good or ill, the neighboring shapes will tell.
- Small shape: a secondary matter or a brief episode.
- In the shadow on the wall: something still hidden that will come out later.
- Clarity: clear outlines are a sure sign; blurred ones mean the event may still change. If the wax set in fragments, each fragment is read as a separate shape.
In Combinations
