Ace of Wands
The Ace of Wands: a beginning in the suit of fire, an idea eager to come out and the energy to take it on.
Upright Position
A new venture, a spark of interest, an offer that lights you up. The card says the moment is right and you have the strength, so there is no reason to wait.
Reversed Position
The idea is stalling: no energy, the start keeps being postponed, the idea seems great but you never get around to it. Sometimes a false start.
In love and at work
In love: attraction and the start of a romance. At work: a project launch, a new position, a surge of initiative.
Suit
Wands are the suit of Fire: undertakings, plans, movement, work on your own projects. The Ace opens the suit: it is the beginning, the very seed of its theme. Like the other number cards, it describes a situation, not a person.
The card's advice
Get going while the fire is burning. Write down the idea and take the first step without waiting for the perfect moment.
