Broom in Wax Reading
Change and the departure of the old. This is an ambiguous sign: its meaning is decided by its place and the neighboring shapes.
Core Meaning
A broom means clearing out the old and changes at home. Troubles will be swept away, and you will be freed of what you don't need. Sometimes it means a change of domestic help or assistants.
In Love and Business
In love. An end to old grievances.
In business and money. Reshuffles, layoffs, a clean slate.
What It Looks Like in Wax
- Large shape: the theme will become important in the near future; whether for good or ill, the neighboring shapes will tell.
- Small shape: a secondary matter or a brief episode.
- In the shadow on the wall: something still hidden that will come out later.
- Clarity: clear outlines are a sure sign; blurred ones mean the event may still change. If the wax set in fragments, each fragment is read as a separate shape.
In Combinations
Broom and House — changes at home: renovation, clearing out the old, troubles leaving.
