Arrow in Wax Reading
News and direction. This is an ambiguous sign: its meaning is decided by its place and the neighboring shapes.
Core Meaning
An arrow means news and direction. Point up means good news and success; point down, unpleasant news; pointing toward you, news for you; pointing away, you will send word yourself.
In Love and Business
In love. Cupid's arrow: falling in love suddenly.
In business and money. A clear goal, news about a project.
What It Looks Like in Wax
- Large shape: the theme will become important in the near future; whether for good or ill, the neighboring shapes will tell.
- Small shape: a secondary matter or a brief episode.
- In the shadow on the wall: something still hidden that will come out later.
- Clarity: clear outlines are a sure sign; blurred ones mean the event may still change. If the wax set in fragments, each fragment is read as a separate shape.
In Combinations
Arrow and Heart — falling hard in love, a feeling that will catch you off guard.
