Shapeless Blot in Coffee Grounds
Uncertainty and heaviness. This is a heavy sign — a warning, not a verdict: its place and the neighboring shapes will show how serious it is.
Core Meaning
A shapeless blot means uncertainty and heaviness. The situation is tangled and hard to read for now. A large dark blot close to you (in the cup, near the handle) means worries at home.
In Love and Business
In love. Fog in the relationship.
In business and money. Muddled affairs, a lack of information.
Where It Lies in the Cup
- Near the handle: the warning concerns you yourself and your home: the tension is within, and you are the one who can ease it.
- Opposite the handle: the trouble comes from strangers or circumstances and will only graze you.
- To the right or left of the handle: on the left, the heavy sign is leaving your life — the worst is behind you; on the right, it is still approaching, and there is time to prepare.
- At the rim and on the sides: at the rim, a warning for the coming days; on the sides, for the coming months.
- On the bottom: a difficulty in the past or at the foundation of the situation; if there are light signs at the rim, it is being left behind.
- Clarity: a clear, large shape is a sure and important sign; a blurry one means the event may still pass you by. Dots around a shape link its meaning to money.
In Combinations
This shape has no established traditional pairs: it's read by its place in the cup and by the mood of the neighboring signs. Next to light shapes its meaning softens; next to heavy ones it becomes sterner.
