Openness, warmth, a childlike capacity for joy and for passing it on to others. In its resource state it brings recognition and ease in relationships.
The shadow side
Self-centeredness and a need to be the center of attention: when attention is missing, resentment sets in. Add to that immaturity — an unwillingness to grow up and take responsibility.
