Square Cells
The nine cells of the psychomatrix explained: what each one governs and what different digit counts mean — from an empty cell to five or more.
Table of cells
| Cell | Quality | Typical |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Character and willpower | 2–3 ones |
| 2 | Energy | 1–2 twos |
| 3 | Knowledge | 1 three |
| 4 | Health | 1–2 fours |
| 5 | Logic and intuition | 1–2 fives |
| 6 | Work | 1–2 sixes |
| 7 | Luck and talent | 1–2 sevens |
| 8 | Duty to others | 1–2 eights |
| 9 | Memory and intellect | 2 nines |
"Typical" is relative here: it is the most frequent count, not a judgment of the person.
How to read the count
The general rule: empty — the quality isn't given at birth and has to be developed; one or two digits — the usual level; three or more — the quality is strongly expressed and often outweighs the rest.
In the psychomatrix, excess is not considered a good thing. Five ones do not mean "a very strong character" but a person who finds it hard to give way; six twos are not "an ocean of energy" but an overload that turns into irritability.
