Cell 8
The eighth cell is a sense of duty toward others: reliability, care for loved ones, one's attitude toward parents.
What the count means
Empty — obligations feel like outside pressure; promises are made easily and not always kept. One or two 8s — a normal sense of responsibility. Three or more — a heightened sense of duty, to the point of being ready to live someone else's life.
What to watch for
The eighth cell is traditionally read in tandem with the first: a strong character with a strong sense of duty produces someone who carries the whole family on their shoulders without complaint.
