Personality and Strengths
Four is credited with reliability, patience and respect for rules. If it has promised something, it will do it, even when circumstances have changed and it no longer wants to.
The second trait is practicality. A Four thinks in steps and deadlines rather than images, and so it finishes what others abandon.
Weaknesses
The weak spot is inflexibility. A Four copes badly with change and often defends order for order's sake, even when it has stopped working.
