How to use the list
First find out the current lunar day in the calculator, then open its write-up. Keep in mind that the lunar day can change within a calendar day: the calculator shows the number for noon Moscow time, while by tradition a lunar day begins at moonrise, and if moonrise falls in the middle of the day, the morning and the evening belong to different lunar days.
Tradition considers the 9th, 15th, 19th, 23rd and 29th lunar days difficult. This isn't a ban on doing things, just a recommendation not to start anything big on these days and not to make decisions on emotion.
