Tone 13
The thirteenth tone, Cosmic in the Dreamspell. The limit of the cycle: power at its peak and on the wane at the same time.
How it manifests
A time to sum up and let go. Tradition considers the thirteenth tone dual: it gives scope and presence, but right after it the cycle ends and everything starts over from the first tone.
