Impulse purchases are best avoided. Tradition advises against haircuts on the fifteenth lunar day. The Moon is still waxing, with only a few hours left until the full moon: the sowing of above-ground crops is wrapped up, and from the full moon on, the work turns to harvesting crops and seeds.
