Hornbeam
The Hornbeam is the tree of order. Its dense wood was used to make machine parts, which is where the interpretation comes from. This tree's days: June 4–13 and December 2–11.
Personality
The Hornbeam is credited with discipline, neatness and a dislike of uncertainty. It plans ahead and sees what it starts through to the end.
Weak spots and compatibility
The weak spot is pedantry and difficulty improvising. It gets along well with the Fir and the Beech, and has a hard time with the Maple and the Hazel.
Love and friendship
In love, the Hornbeam is faithful and consistent, but not given to romantic gestures. It shows care through order and reliability: everything on time, everything as agreed.
Career and money
At work it is indispensable where precision and system are needed: engineering, accounting, manufacturing, law. With money it is thrifty and predictable.
