Chestnut
The Chestnut is the tree of fairness. Large, with a broad crown, in interpretations it is tied to a straightforward character. This tree's days: May 15–24 and November 12–21.
Personality
The Chestnut is credited with honesty, a keen sense of justice and a readiness to argue on principle. It can't stand double standards, in itself or in others.
Weak spots and compatibility
The weak spot is intolerance and a habit of telling the truth at the wrong moment. It gets along well with the Elm and the Walnut, and has a hard time with the Linden, who finds the Chestnut's directness heavy going.
Love and friendship
In love, the Chestnut is honest and demanding: it needs complete openness, and it cannot pretend itself. It doesn't like being jealous, but it does not forgive deception.
Career and money
At work it does well where principles matter: law, quality control, public affairs, defending other people's interests. It is cautious with money and dislikes debt.
Advice
Choose the moment for the truth: words said at the right time are heard better.
