Cedar
The Cedar is the tree of dignity. Tall and long-lived, in interpretations it is tied to self-confidence. This tree's days: February 9–18 and August 14–23. This means the true cedar, the cedar of Lebanon or the Atlas cedar, not the Siberian stone pine.
Personality
The Cedar is credited with quiet strength and the ability to make decisions and keep its word. It doesn't fuss or argue over trifles, but it won't give ground on what matters.
Weak spots and compatibility
The weak spot is arrogance and intolerance of other people's weakness. It pairs well with the Fir and the Oak, and finds it harder with the Poplar, whom the Cedar doesn't always take seriously.
Love and friendship
In love, the Cedar is serious and constant: it takes a long time to choose, but then holds on to its choice. It needs its partner's admiration and takes criticism hard.
Career and money
At work it is a leader trusted with decisions: management, positions of responsibility, anything that calls for composure. It is confident with money and spends it on quality.
Advice
Acknowledge when others are right: giving way does not diminish your dignity.
